Location and Hours

Salem Oncology Center welcomes patients with comfort and style. We strive to make people feel relaxed during their treatment and to accommodate their needs. The home-away-from-home atmosphere and care given by our staff is what makes us different.

Except in an emergency, Salem Oncology Center requests that patients schedule appointments to see Dr. Salem. Please get in touch with the administration at 713-796-1221 between 8:30 A.M. and 6:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, to schedule an appointment.

Please do not leave your city, state, or country of origin until you have the following items in your possession to bring to Salem Oncology Center. These items are crucial for your treatment and comfort. Also, prior to leaving your home, be certain that all financial matters have been discussed with our Business Office. We are located on the 16th floor of the St. Luke's Medical Tower, 6624 Fannin Street (between Holcombe Avenue and Dryden Street).

If you are coming from Holcombe, turn North on Fannin Street. After one block, O'Quinn Towers will be on your left. Make the first left turn and into the valet parking, or should you choose, to visitor's parking.

If you are coming on Fannin Street South, cross Dryden Street, and immediately after you go under the sky bridge (which connects St. Luke's Medical Tower to St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital), make a right turn for valet and visitor parking at St. Luke's Medical Tower.

For your convenience, O'Quinn Towers offers both valet and self-parking, ensuring that your visit to Salem Oncology Center starts with ease and comfort.
